Ezri Fashion is based in the Netherlands, and we proudly serve customers across the country with stylish men’s clothing.

2. Do you ship outside the Netherlands?

Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Delivery Time: 8–12 business days within the Netherlands (Express Delivery).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9–15 business days.

4. What are your shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders across the Netherlands.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept secure payments via PayPal. More payment methods will be added soon for your convenience.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may refer to our Return Policy.

8. What is your return policy?

9. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, Ezri Fashion covers the return shipping cost.

  • If it’s a change of mind or wrong size ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
