🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / Wrong Item: Ezri Fashion will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

  • Customer Remorse (e.g., wrong size, changed mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

✅ Accepted Product Conditions

We only accept returns if the product:

  • Is in new, unused condition

  • Includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories

❌ No Restocking Fees

Ezri Fashion does not charge restocking or handling fees on returns.
